The high speed compounding mixer is a very important component especially for PVC extrusion. The machine uses a two-mixer technology where there is a hot mixer and a cooler mixer. The hot mixer is used to heat the material to be mixed, which makes it better to compound all material. The hot mixer can speed up the mixing and reduce the moisture of raw material. The material is then transferred to a cooling mixer is used to cool the plastic raw material and consolidate the material.

This transfer is automatic so humidity is eliminated and the mixture is protected from agglomeration. This whole process can be monitored and adjusted by our highly advanced system.

What materials will your high-speed mixer process?

Our mixers will process many kinds of materials including PVC and CPVC and UPVC compounds, plus many other materials including PP/PE resins. Our mixers can be used to process ABS drying, phenolic/aldehyde resins and color masterbatches as well.

What does your two-mixer system do to enhance compound quality?

Our dual-system heats materials to around 120C for compounding for ideal blending, then cools it back down to around 40C to avoid clumping. We automatically transfer materials to each stage of the process which retains the moisture content optimum for blending at each stage.

What production capacity will your PVC mixers have?

We have three different capacity versions: Small - 50 kg/ 250 kg/hr Medium - 150 kg/ 750 kg/hr Large - 300 kg/ 1500 kg/hr

Will your mixers be applicable to color compounding?

Definitely! Our high shear mixers will pulverize solid color into the base resin producing an even color at the end of the batch without any streaking. Our mixers also provide batch to batch quality for great coloration every time you use the mixer.

How energy efficient are the compound mixers you supply?

Our mixers use optimized motors (30-220HP) with automatic power adjustment. The heat retention design saves 20% of energy compared to non-heat retention mixers.

What safety features are included in your mixers?

Safety features included on are, emergency stops, temperature sensors, overload protection; with automatic discharge and dust containment, operations are normally safely clean.

Can your mixers mix recycled PVC material?

Yes! Our mixers are able to handle and properly blend post-industrial regrind and recycled pellets as well as virgin materials. The units will manage quality of materials as well, even when dealing with additive formulations.

How automated is the mixing process?

Our automated mixing and *discharge methods use projectable temperature, and time controls; with material sensors and PLC monitoring, mixed materials can be discharged with a touch of a button.
