Soft PVC Pipe Extrusion system consists of SPVC single screw extruder, 5 zones heater, die head, deep cooling tank, haul off, manual coiler, high speed mixer etc. Designed with specially designed screw and die head, inverter-controlled AC motor, top brands electrical control units, the whole production line is stable in performance, excellent in quality. The machines have extruders with screw diameters 65mm, 75mm and 90mm, according to client needs, which can provide output capacities ranging from 50 to 120kg/hr.
